As you approach Texas Sun, you're greeted by a spacious outdoor area, perfect for dining under the stars. Inside, the open concept living space features a large sectional sofa, an oversized smart TV, and a dining area complete with a coffee station, leading to a fully stocked kitchen. The lower level hosts a playful bunk room filled with games and an Xbox, alongside a full bath. Upstairs, the tranquil bedrooms await, including a king suite with an en-suite bathroom and patio access, a room with two queens, and another with a queen and twin daybed, also offering patio access, crafting a haven of relaxation and fun.

This home is situated on the 2nd level, stairs are required to access.

LINENS AND LAUNDRY:

• We provide 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest, and all beds are professionally made with hotel quality linens.

• Additional: Kitchen dishcloth and hand towels, 2 pot holders and a few beach towels.

• Laundry facilities are available to keep everything fresh during your stay as well as a private washer and dryer in the unit.

EXTRAS PROVIDED:

Just a few extras to make your stay better!

• Enjoy our welcome baskets with a few snacks, waters, and coffee/tea setup.

• We also provide the necessities to get you started: 2 standard and 2 oversized trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, a new sponge, dishwasher pods and a Dawn dish soap dispenser.

• Each wash station is equipped with a full-size antibacterial hand soap dispenser for your convenience. Additionally, indulge in the luxurious Beekman 1802 hotel-quality amenities, including full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

• Homes with a washer/dryer include a few laundry pods and dryer sheets, ensuring every aspect of your stay is covered.

PARKING:

There is driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Parking in the street or on the grass is prohibited.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and outdoor areas.

When we got to the house, it smelled like a bad odor. Also, there was roaches hair left in the tub and in the sink other than that it was a great time.

This beach house was an incredible find! It was the perfect setup for two families with kids, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The open living and kitchen area was spacious and comfortable, with a large sectional that gave the kids plenty of room to lounge. The bunk room was a huge hit, and the entire house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The nearby beach was quiet, clean, and just what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

This house was so perfect for my family's very first (but hopefully not last) Christmas at the beach! I decided to do a slightly bigger house on Crystal Beach as opposed to in Galveston and I'm so glad I did. It was so peaceful, very close to the beautiful beach, and incredibly comfortable. We had more than enough room, and the kitchen utinsils were well stocked. I highly recommend this house and host and would love to stay here again in the future!

My extended family vacationed here and had the best time! This was our first trip to take together and we had a blast. We immediately felt right at home. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Loved it here! We will be back in September. We are even planning next years summer vaca to be here too! I will say the basketball hoop is NOT in the kids room. This was not told to us. Also the people before us broke one of the hammocks and lost a remote. That was a headache but thankfully roku app saved us. Hammock issue was no biggie. Kids were upset about the bball hoop being gone.. I did ask about extra linens as we could not find extra anywhere. My youngest got sick. I was told someone would bring us some next day. Never got them… We figured it out on our own but I would bring extra extra sheets and blankets if you have younger kiddos. Even with my extras I wish I brought more lol. I loved it here. We will be back and it is worth every penny! My dogs even loved it!! Hiccups aside it was 5 stars!!! 🥰❤️🌊☀️

Our family’s first visit to Crystal Beach was spectacular. It’s hard to get grown kids and families together (10 total) and our stay met all our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The beach toys, towels, chairs, and umbrellas were awesome.

A few things that could have been better 1. Connections for propane tank on bbq pit ( we brought a griddle) 2. A few pods for laundry to do the provided beach towels 3. Fridge could have been colder to keep drinks frosty and meat cold 4. Pots were put away wet (prewashed before using them anyway) Minor things. Great stay! We rented this home along with the home right next door for a multi-generation family thanksgiving getaway. We all had a great time. This house was great for kids, with a bunk room and some toys/books! My 5 year old and almost 3 year old had a blast! We loved seeing the ocean from the balcony and it was an easy walk to the beach via the golf-cart access point one street over. It was fun being here during off season! Beautiful sunsets and walks on the beach!

The Texas Sun location was exactly what we needed and it looked just as I expected. We were able to bring our fur babies, which made our stay, even more stress free. The kitchen was stocked, as described. The bathrooms were fresh and clean. The linens were superb and we happily, melted into our beds, each night. The cart provided for the 3 minute beach walk was awesome, as was the outdoor shower. The neighbors were friendly and dog friendly, too! . Being able to relax on one of the two decks, listening to the ocean waves crashing in, with a cold drink in-hand, was the perfect ending. Thank you for helping to make my daughter's birthday, more special!

Home was very beautiful and clean when we arrived. Communication was great and all my questions were promptly answered. They originally provided travel size toiletries so we did have to ask for more since we were there for an extended weekend and they provided quickly. Walk from the home to the beach takes a few minutes or you can drive your vehicle onto the beach if you drive 2 minutes down the main road. Home does provide a wagon, balls, and body boards in the garage. There are some restaurants nearby but options on the island are somewhat limited. The A/C works very well which is needed for the Texas heat but this did cause some mildew on the shiplap above the front door that we noticed on our last day. We notified the host and they were going to ensure it was cleaned.

My family and I had a wonderful time we enjoyed ourselves. Perfect place to relax and be at peace just what I needed. nice walk on the beach did a little fishing. We had a blast on the Balcony's. celebrate my Son birthday. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely be back.

My extended family vacationed here and had the best time! This was our first trip to take together and we had a blast. We immediately felt right at home. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The short walk to the beach was super convenient too! Perfect cabin for a large family get together. We would certainly rebook this cabin in the future.

We had a great time at this house, it fit the 6 adults and 3 children we had perfectly with lots of outdoor balcony and lower level space to utilize. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Loved it here! We will be back in September. We are even planning next years summer vaca to be here too! I will say the basketball hoop is NOT in the kids room. This was not told to us. Also the people before us broke one of the hammocks and lost a remote. That was a headache but thankfully roku app saved us. Hammock issue was no biggie. Kids were upset about the bball hoop being gone.. I did ask about extra linens as we could not find extra anywhere. My youngest got sick. I was told someone would bring us some next day. Never got them… We figured it out on our own but I would bring extra extra sheets and blankets if you have younger kiddos. Even with my extras I wish I brought more lol. I loved it here. We will be back and it is worth every penny! My dogs even loved it!! Hiccups aside it was 5 stars!!! 🥰❤️🌊☀️

Our family’s first visit to Crystal Beach was spectacular. It’s hard to get grown kids and families together (10 total) and our stay met all our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The beach toys, towels, chairs, and umbrellas were awesome.

Great house to stay in crystal beach! Short walk to the beach and easy access to stores. Rooms were very nice and well laid out with the perfect number of beds. Our kids especially enjoyed the bunk room with game console. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Exactly what we needed for 13 adults & teens with real beds, plus 2 extra comfy couch spots if needed. Easy check in and out. Great family set up insdie and out. A few things that could have been better 1. Connections for propane tank on bbq pit ( we brought a griddle) 2. A few pods for laundry to do the provided beach towels 3. Fridge could have been colder to keep drinks frosty and meat cold 4. Pots were put away wet (prewashed before using them anyway) Minor things. This place was beautiful, clean, relaxing, 5 min walk to the beach.

It was a simple little walk to the beach with restaurants and a grocery store close by. The house was exactly as pictured and clean and cozy. The kids loved the vacation!

Great stay! We rented this home along with the home right next door for a multi-generation family thanksgiving getaway. We all had a great time. This house was great for kids, with a bunk room and some toys/books! My 5 year old and almost 3 year old had a blast! We loved seeing the ocean from the balcony and it was an easy walk to the beach via the golf-cart access point one street over. It was fun being here during off season! Beautiful sunsets and walks on the beach!

The Texas Sun location was exactly what we needed and it looked just as I expected. We were able to bring our fur babies, which made our stay, even more stress free. The kitchen was stocked, as described. The bathrooms were fresh and clean. The linens were superb and we happily, melted into our beds, each night. The cart provided for the 3 minute beach walk was awesome, as was the outdoor shower. The neighbors were friendly and dog friendly, too! . Being able to relax on one of the two decks, listening to the ocean waves crashing in, with a cold drink in-hand, was the perfect ending. Thank you for helping to make my daughter's birthday, more special!

Home was very beautiful and clean when we arrived. Communication was great and all my questions were promptly answered. They originally provided travel size toiletries so we did have to ask for more since we were there for an extended weekend and they provided quickly. Walk from the home to the beach takes a few minutes or you can drive your vehicle onto the beach if you drive 2 minutes down the main road. Home does provide a wagon, balls, and body boards in the garage. There are some restaurants nearby but options on the island are somewhat limited. The A/C works very well which is needed for the Texas heat but this did cause some mildew on the shiplap above the front door that we noticed on our last day. We notified the host and they were going to ensure it was cleaned.
