Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. You're just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico shores for leisurely beach strolls. Welcome to your serene escape! Step into the bright, spacious living room, where sunlight illuminates a cozy sectional sofa, stylish accent chairs, and a smart TV, perfect for relaxation. Adjacent is a charming dining area with seating for four. Beyond, a fully equipped kitchen boasts an island with additional seating for two, leading to a convenient laundry area. Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms await, one with a king bed and the other with a queen, complemented by two full bathrooms with shower-tub combos.

This home is on the ground level and requires a few stairs to access, and stairs are required for the bedrooms upstairs.

• We provide 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest, and all beds are professionally made with hotel quality linens.

• Additional: Kitchen dishcloth and hand towels, 2 pot holders and a few beach towels.

• This home is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest to use during your stay

EXTRAS PROVIDED:

Just a few extras to make your stay better!

• Enjoy our welcome baskets with a few snacks, waters, and coffee/tea setup.

• We also provide the necessities to get you started: 2 standard and 2 oversized trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, a new sponge, dishwasher pods and a Dawn dish soap dispenser.

This place was a good location and Stay over all.Just a few minor things that could of made it better. Cons-Needs curtains in Bed Room the sun will wake you. The Bed was a little stiff in my opinion. Hot Tub can't really be controlled and was a little dirty. Pros-A/C Nice and Cold ❄️ Nice living space Comfy couch Fenced yard Great location I Would Stay Again!

Seahorse Cove has character of an older home with modern furnishings. All appliances appeared to be new and the washer and dryer are full size and worked great which is always a bonus to us. This home had plenty of room for my family of 7 and 2 small dogs. We will definitely consider this home next time we are in Galveston! Things to note. The steps are definitely those of an older home and a bit steep. If you have anyone with mobility issues or very young children they may be an issue. The backyard has been fully re done from pictures shown. The hot tub and fire pit are still there and they have added a gazebo, chairs, and plants throughout. It is also completely rocked now instead of grass. It is really well done. If you are traveling with very small dogs like we do (7 lbs and 15 lbs) be cautious of the back gate they may be able to go underneath.

This place was perfect for what we needed for a week with our family. It’s an old place but totally renovated and so cute! Had everything we needed. I even did laundry (beach towels) while there. Very close to the Seawall. Just a few Blocks behind Gaido’s, The Spot etc. we loved it and will visit again. It’s a plus that they take small dogs 😉 They also mailed me a few items that I left behind. Very nice!!!

Vacay Time really thinks of everything when it comes to accommodations and making sure their tenants will have everything they need for their stay - a lovely welcome basket for our group, plenty of fresh towels and linens, bug spray, extra sunscreen and toiletries, even spare 9v batteries for the carbon monoxide alarms, there was nothing that we didn’t have during our stay. The space is great - comfortable and very private outdoor spot to relax in the hot tub while dinner is cooking on the grill. The back yard needs updated pics because the ones on the listing don’t do it justice, it’s beautiful. Walkable location to just about anything you’d like to do along the beach. We’ll definitely be keeping Vacay Time in mind for future trips!

Hosts were easy to work with. They had a plumbing issue first day so plumber was in and out. Had an issue with smoke detectors so one day coming back from the beach the smoke detectors in the house were all going off. The doors upstairs including bedrooms and bathrooms don’t close, so that wasn’t great. Overall house was clean, close to the beach. Kitchen was stocked and house was comfortable.

Close, but not too close to the beach… gives you that “I’m at home feeling” along with the perfect beach vibe, which is why this was {THE} spot for us. The House needs to have a few things fixed before next rental, the upstairs bathroom door will not close and lock, the house has shifted, and it will never lock and close properly without door frame or door modifications. The claw footed tub upstairs with only upstairs bedrooms is a hinderance to get in and out of because of height of the tub, the functional bathroom downstairs is downstairs, far away from where people get ready upstairs, which is a negative. The last step of the stairs feels like you are going to fall thru and throws you off balance with luggage in your hands. The dishwasher when you try and open will roll out from underneath the cabinet, it is not secured to the cabinet as required by code, could fall on small child. The Refrigerator is a 3/4 and leans really badly, no Ice trays or ice maker to have Ice. was not told to bring Ice. The house just didn't feel worth the price with all the different items that needed to be repaired, probably wouldn't or rent a 2nd time.

Overall stay was very good. It is an older house, so lay out was a little quirky and a few items for the host to work out, but did not affect our stay. Host and manager were very quick to respond to questions and were kind enough to leave some snacks and waters for our arrival. Great house if you have dogs, as there is a large laundry area going into the backyard that is fully fenced, even for a 3 lb Yorkie. House is walkable to beach, pier and lots of restaurants. We would rent here again.

Great house if you have dogs, as there is a large laundry area going into the backyard that is fully fenced, even for a 3 lb Yorkie. House is walkable to beach, pier and lots of restaurants. We would rent here again.

Overall stay was very good. It is an older house, so lay out was a little quirky and a few items for the host to work out, but did not affect our stay. Host and manager were very quick to respond to questions and were kind enough to leave some snacks and waters for our arrival. Great house if you have dogs, as there is a large laundry area going into the backyard that is fully fenced, even for a 3 lb Yorkie. House is walkable to beach, pier and lots of restaurants. We would rent here again.
