Step outside to enjoy the fresh air on the top front patio, complete with outdoor seating, or unwind in the hammocks on the bottom patio, offering panoramic views that surround the home.

This home is situated on the 3rd level, stairs are required to access. There is a freight lift available for easy luggage, and grocery transport.

LINENS AND LAUNDRY:

• We provide 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest, and all beds are professionally made with hotel quality linens.

• Additional: Kitchen dishcloth and hand towels, 2 pot holders and a few beach towels.

• Laundry facilities are available to keep everything fresh during your stay as well as a private washer and dryer in the unit.

EXTRAS PROVIDED:

Very cute beach house! This house is in a very quiet neighborhood a few minutes drive from Crystal Beach. It’s a few lots back but has a great view of the ocean. We were very comfortable for a three day stay.

Great location, great host and nice house. The half bath walls could either use a good cleaning or a new paint job and the couches need an upgrade. Decor could use freshening up as well, for the price. But house served its purpose and we had a great time! Would def stay in that area again!

We had a good time in this small beach house even if minor things need to get repaired and reviewed like the rusty washing machine, broken shelves in the kitchen and dirty spots on the walls and along the corners. The communication with vacay time was great. The location of the beach house is perfect and quiet.

First of all the photos made this place look huge. It was not. That being said, it was cute and comfortable. The problems were more with things the listing said they had that weren’t there. It said they had beach towels— there were no beach towels. It said they had some kind of luxurious shampoos—the containers were empty. It said they had “all your beach essentials”— this included some banged up floats and two of the worst, most uncomfortable beach chairs I could have imagined. No umbrella, which is considered a beach essential. We would have gladly brought these things if we didn’t think they were included. Little things were in disrepair and the dishes were plastic. There was no wine opener. It was further from the beach than described. From top to bottom this was not worth how much we paid.

We had a fun time and learned a lot through the process. Although we had some trouble with missing or broken amenities, the staff was very kind and quick to remedy everything. Having never stayed in a house on high pillars, I did have to get used to the slight swaying. It’s clear that pets are allowed as there is a good deal of wear and tear on the place as well as fur that I’m sure just gets stuck in the couches and bean bags, but the linens were very fresh and the bathroom was spotless. The washer dryer with room for hanging to dry clothes was a great amenity. We had some trouble with swarms of mosquitos getting in and out of our car, but that could just be a general beach thing. The beach access was very convenient and private. There isn’t much to offer on the peninsula, but the ferry over to Galveston was fun and allowed accessibility to more things and restaurants.

Lovely little spot, room enough for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). Host gave us a courtesy call to let us know when ready to check-in. Host/manager was very quick to respond with questions we had during our stay. Would definitely book again!

We had such an amazing time! The host were super helpful and available with any questions we had. The house was nice and felt like home. Our kiddos thought it was the best place ever and so far their favourite vacation. Would totally book this again if we find ourselves vacationing in the Bolivar/Galveston area.

However, the property manager was very apologetic for it. She went above and beyond to have lawn mowed, sprayed lawn with mosquito spray, left cans of repellent, repellent coils, and other items to ensure we would be able to enjoy our stay which helped tremendously. I underestimated this cozy abode because as our stay progressed, this beach house’s charm led us to book two extra days which Vacay Time was very accommodating. We didn’t want to come home. I don’t know what it is about this place, but I already miss it! We experienced a storm, sunny days, cloudy days, beautiful sunsets, and windy days yet each day spent here was just peaceful & perfect. The place was 4 out of 5 stars clean. Things are wiped down well, however baseboards & windows could use a clean touch and the couch had some pet hair. Overall this is a great cozy place!

Amazing views, stellar location, absolutely lovely home right near the beach. I relaxed the minute I drove up - and their freight elevator was so helpful getting my luggage upstairs- amazing touch!! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook with and every inch was spotlessly clean. The owners and managers were very responsive and communicative. I had zero issues. I loved that they had streaming TVs for the very little time I actually watched. Fabulous stay and would definitely stay again when in the area - highly recommend! Tysm for a beautiful stay!

Property is in a great location. Quiet and serene with walking distance to the beach which was great when traveling with a toddler. Well stocked with all the basic amenities you may need and attentive management.

We had a wonderful vacation at Vacay Time! The house is very nice and location fantastic. Easy walk to the beach and safe quiet neighborhood. The Peninsula has everything you need. Laid back vibe and easy to get around. We loved the Big Store and local restaurants. The fishing shop was extremely helpful and we caught fish right in the surf! Only issues we had were the door lock is automated and we got locked out at one point upon check in. We called the manager and she got us the lockbox key which got us in. The code they gave us for the door lock also cleared out once so we had to use the master code. It would have been nice to be able to use the lift to get heavy stuff (luggage, cooler, etc) up to the top. We did not have a key for it, so we had to take every thing up the stairs. Not that big of a deal, but we were worn out a few times lol. Last issue was the left sink was leaking and water was all over the floor. Firepit and Shed were great. Mini kitchen, w&d, and bath.

Very cute beach house! This house is in a very quiet neighborhood a few minutes drive from Crystal Beach. It’s a few lots back but has a great view of the ocean. We were very comfortable for a three day stay.

Great location, great host and nice house. The half bath walls could either use a good cleaning or a new paint job and the couches need an upgrade. Decor could use freshening up as well, for the price. But house served its purpose and we had a great time! Would def stay in that area again!

Cozy and close to the beach with lots of amenities. Only suggestion would be some dressers for clothing storage especially in the bunk room. Great stay. Highly recommend.

We had a good time in this small beach house even if minor things need to get repaired and reviewed like the rusty washing machine, broken shelves in the kitchen and dirty spots on the walls and along the corners. The communication with vacay time was great. The location of the beach house is perfect and quiet.

First of all the photos made this place look huge. It was not. That being said, it was cute and comfortable. The problems were more with things the listing said they had that weren’t there. It said they had beach towels— there were no beach towels. It said they had some kind of luxurious shampoos—the containers were empty. It said they had “all your beach essentials”— this included some banged up floats and two of the worst, most uncomfortable beach chairs I could have imagined. No umbrella, which is considered a beach essential. We would have gladly brought these things if we didn’t think they were included. Little things were in disrepair and the dishes were plastic. There was no wine opener. It was further from the beach than described. From top to bottom this was not worth how much we paid.

We had a fun time and learned a lot through the process. Although we had some trouble with missing or broken amenities, the staff was very kind and quick to remedy everything. Having never stayed in a house on high pillars, I did have to get used to the slight swaying. It’s clear that pets are allowed as there is a good deal of wear and tear on the place as well as fur that I’m sure just gets stuck in the couches and bean bags, but the linens were very fresh and the bathroom was spotless. The washer dryer with room for hanging to dry clothes was a great amenity. We had some trouble with swarms of mosquitos getting in and out of our car, but that could just be a general beach thing. The beach access was very convenient and private. There isn’t much to offer on the peninsula, but the ferry over to Galveston was fun and allowed accessibility to more things and restaurants.

Very comfortable place for the 3 of us. Nice amenities and toys for the beach were a great plus. Lots of mosquitoes in the entire area, so not the fault of the host. Overall we would stay here again

Lovely little spot, room enough for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). Host gave us a courtesy call to let us know when ready to check-in. Host/manager was very quick to respond with questions we had during our stay. Would definitely book again!

Place was nice. Close to the beach. After booking the response from the host was not as fast as described. But once we were there the manager we were assigned was great. Very responsive and respectful.

We had such an amazing time! The host were super helpful and available with any questions we had. The house was nice and felt like home. Our kiddos thought it was the best place ever and so far their favourite vacation. Would totally book this again if we find ourselves vacationing in the Bolivar/Galveston area.

When we first arrived, I was kind of bummed about the mosquitoes outside that happened due to previous rain & things outside of Vacay Time’s control. However, the property manager was very apologetic for it. She went above and beyond to have lawn mowed, sprayed lawn with mosquito spray, left cans of repellent, repellent coils, and other items to ensure we would be able to enjoy our stay which helped tremendously. I underestimated this cozy abode because as our stay progressed, this beach house’s charm led us to book two extra days which Vacay Time was very accommodating. We didn’t want to come home. I don’t know what it is about this place, but I already miss it! We experienced a storm, sunny days, cloudy days, beautiful sunsets, and windy days yet each day spent here was just peaceful & perfect. The place was 4 out of 5 stars clean. Things are wiped down well, however baseboards & windows could use a clean touch and the couch had some pet hair. Overall this is a great cozy place!

We enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect size for the three of us. Looks like the pictures, and is very close to the beach- we rented a golf cart which made it very easy. Would book again if back on the peninsula!

Amazing views, stellar location, absolutely lovely home right near the beach. I relaxed the minute I drove up - and their freight elevator was so helpful getting my luggage upstairs- amazing touch!! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook with and every inch was spotlessly clean. The owners and managers were very responsive and communicative. I had zero issues. I loved that they had streaming TVs for the very little time I actually watched. Fabulous stay and would definitely stay again when in the area - highly recommend! Tysm for a beautiful stay!

Property is in a great location. Quiet and serene with walking distance to the beach which was great when traveling with a toddler. Well stocked with all the basic amenities you may need and attentive management.

We had a wonderful vacation at Vacay Time! The house is very nice and location fantastic. Easy walk to the beach and safe quiet neighborhood. The Peninsula has everything you need. Laid back vibe and easy to get around. We loved the Big Store and local restaurants. The fishing shop was extremely helpful and we caught fish right in the surf! Only issues we had were the door lock is automated and we got locked out at one point upon check in. We called the manager and she got us the lockbox key which got us in. The code they gave us for the door lock also cleared out once so we had to use the master code. It would have been nice to be able to use the lift to get heavy stuff (luggage, cooler, etc) up to the top. We did not have a key for it, so we had to take every thing up the stairs. Not that big of a deal, but we were worn out a few times lol. Last issue was the left sink was leaking and water was all over the floor. Firepit and Shed were great. Mini kitchen, w&d, and bath.

Comfortable house, a little smaller than I realized it would be. I loved that it was walking distance to the beach and the neighborhood was safe with nice neighbors. It was nice having a BBQ at our disposal too.

Place invites you to relax from the couch to the bed to the hammocks on the porch. Beautiful view to the ocean from the kitchen and living area, so the feeling you get by the water is always with you.
