THE SPACE:

The boat offers a spacious and comfortable layout, perfect for a unique getaway. The open living room area features a cozy sectional sofa and swivel chairs, ideal for relaxing or socializing. The kitchen area is equipped with an oversized sink, stove, and mini fridge, providing all the essentials for meal preparation. Onboard, there are two full bathrooms with a toilet, sink, and shower for convenience, and additional communal bathrooms and showers are available at the boat marina. The first bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a twin bed, and ample storage with drawers and a closet, while the second bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk bed with additional drawer and closet storage.

ACCESSIBILITY & CONVENIENCE:

This home is on the second level and does require stairs to access.

(Cargo lift is not available for guests' use.)

LINENS AND LAUNDRY:

• We provide 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest, and all beds are professionally made with hotel quality linens.

• Additional: Kitchen dishcloth and hand towels, 2 pot holders and a few beach towels.

• Guests have access to a shared coin-operated laundry facility conveniently located on-site. Washers and dryers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for use throughout their stay.

EXTRAS PROVIDED:

• Enjoy our welcome baskets with a few snacks, waters, and coffee/tea setup.

• We also provide the necessities to get you started: 2 standard and 2 oversized trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, a new sponge, dishwasher pods and a Dawn dish soap dispenser.

• Each wash station is equipped with a full-size antibacterial hand soap dispenser for your convenience. Additionally, indulge in the luxurious Beekman 1802 hotel-quality amenities, including full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

• Homes with a washer/dryer include a few laundry pods and dryer sheets, ensuring every aspect of your stay is covered.

PARKING:

There are two assigned parking spaces for the slip. Vehicles and trailers parked in unauthorized areas, handicapped parking and/or driveways will be removed without notice and owner/operator will be responsible for charges.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

• Smoking is prohibited in the restrooms and at the fuel dock.

• Guests must not engage in any activity that would interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of other tenants in the marina.

• Piers and walkways must be kept clear so as not to interfere with others. When the slip is unattended, nothing whatsoever should remain on the docks or piers.

• Fishing is permitted in the assigned slip or off of the Lucky Seven ONLY. You must keep the area clean, and any guest must be accompanied by the reservation holder.

• All Maritime laws of the U.S Coast Guard and the Texas Parks and Wildlife are required to be followed at all times.

• No BBQ pits or open flames are allowed on the piers or docks.

• Dock carts are provided for guest use. Please keep the carts clean and return them to their storage location when finished.

• Repairs to cars, trucks, gold carts, motorcycle or any other vehicle type are prohibited on the Marina property.

• Golf carts should be parked in the spaces provided. When unattended, they should be electronically disabled or manually cabled. They must be numbered with the slip number for identification. Carts left on flats or in poor condition will be disposed of. It is your responsibility to ensure that anyone using your golf cart is qualified to do so. It is guests responsibility to be familiar with and follow the manufacturer's recommendation posted on the golf cart and owner's manual. Golf carts operated within the Galveston Yacht Marina would be driven only by licensed drivers.

• All fish carcasses must be disposed of outside, through the gate on the E-dock wall into the water. A hose is available to clean your cart and your cooperation is appreciated in keeping the dock clean. Fish cleaning will not be permitted that interferes with the passage of golf carts or pedestrians on the main pier area. Any guest(s) caught dumping fish or carcasses other than described above, will be assessed a cleanup fee in the amount of $100.

• No swimming or diving is permitted in the Marina.

• You'll be assigned a dedicated General Manager for your entire stay. This ensures that all your questions, requests, and needs are addressed promptly and with a personal touch, from the moment you arrive until your departure.
