• Laundry facilities are available to keep everything fresh during your stay as well as a private washer and dryer in the home.

This house was everything and a bit more. Every room match the description provided at the listing pictures, furthermore the bathrooms were stunning so modern and clean. The entire house was so well decorated and i loved how they had a basket of goodies for my family and I. I will definitely recommend this house and we hope we are able to come back next year.

Big beautiful home walking distance from the beach. We stayed there and loved it! The best part is they have a generator that automatically came on when the entire peninsula lost power. We never went without power! A definite recommended place!

Well designed space. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a “smaller” space that is laid out in a way that doesn’t feel crowded. The fenced yard was great for my dog. Only a short walk to the beach. The elevator for luggage was fantastic. The space needs a good deep cleaning. Some trash, stains and dirt under some of the beds. A dead smashed roach in the drawer. The baseboards and drawer edges are dirty with dust and hair. There is mold around the shower faucets. The home had a foul smell when we arrived so we bought air freshener. Overall the space worked great for my family but it’s frustrating to pay a few hundred dollars for a cleaning fee and then cleaning myself just to feel comfortable.

Nice place to stay overall however some things do need to be replace or looked at for future guest PROS:close to beach, lots of space and love the outside private fence. Love the beach decoration and colors inside the house CONS: notice small roaches in the kitchen area Icebox downstairs didn’t work One of the outside speaker kept making a noise like it needed to be replace.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. I had booked this place to surprise my wife for her 30th birthday and not only were the host super helpful with everything but they also left a note and flowers for my wife’s birthday! Everything really was perfect accept for two things. One of the fans didn’t work in one of the bedrooms BUT I told the host and they came that day to try and fix it but unfortunately we couldn’t figure it out. No big deal. Number two was the microwave didn’t work. That was a bummer but nothing that ruined the trip and they even offered to come out to fix it! Those would be the only very minor things that I would “complain” about. All in all this was an AMAZING experience and I would book this place all over again. 100% recommend to anyone thinking about booking this beautiful home.

Everything was great we loved the house and it was perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of games for the kids which was nice. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is that the yard downstairs was not mowed and the grills provided have not been cleaned and are a borderline fire hazard. If i didnt know how to deal with it it could have been a big issue. I know there are a lot of mosquitos here but the mosquitos in the uncut grass basically rendered the downstairs unusable. The downstairs shower had hot water here which was awesome. It is very close to the beach which was awesome as well. Communication from the host was great.

The cabin was great! The setup/layout was perfect for our 15 people total (7 adults, 8 kids). They had ample living room seating and dining table seating, open floor plan for kitchen/living room made it feel plenty big enough, the fridge was nice and even had an under counter ice maker. To top it off, the cargo elevator was amazing to get all of our luggage and coolers upstairs without having to carry them up the stairs. There wasn’t anything we really had to think about that would be nice to have. They even supplied more than enough bath towels for all 15 people. The location was only 3 rows back on a quiet access road to beach so you could walk easily, had a great view still and plenty of breeze. Overall this cabin was an amazing place to stay for an easy and fun Labor Day weekend! Thank you!

So disappointed, this place was a 5 star by every review. We walked in and immediately noticed area rugs were stained furniture was stained, main bathroom door handle was broken. Walk to bedrooms and the smell of the shower drains were awful (mold), bedroom area rug stained, both queen beds were unusable (we were able to fix one by taking the bed apart and attaching the pieces that were just laying on the floor) my husband and I spent the week in separate bunk beds. The first night I did text vacay times (a personal number given to me to use) because unfortunately the person had a death in the family so I did not want to bother her but also wanted her to be aware so we were not responsible for all the damage. I received no response, I sent the text on Monday. Friday morning I had to send another text because we heard a loud bang and lost power. There is more just no more room to type. vacay times regional manager was supposed to reach out and never did.

After reviewing our records, we did not receive communication regarding most of the concerns mentioned. The General Manager was contacted about the bed issue several days into your stay and offered assistance, but we were informed that you had already resolved it yourselves and declined further help. Had we been made aware of the other concerns earlier, we would have taken immediate steps to address them and ensure a more comfortable experience for you. Regarding the power outage, the property is equipped with a generator that activates automatically when power is lost. Unfortunately, we did not receive any prior notice of work being done on the power system during your stay. We have since informed the relevant parties that rental properties require prior approval and notice before any work is conducted. Once the issues were brought to our attention through this review, we issued a refund to acknowledge the inconvenience you experienced. We take all guest feedback seriously and are committed to improving our processes and ensuring that such issues are addressed more promptly in the future. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an improved experience should you choose to stay with us again.

We had such a wonderful stay, and enjoyed all the indoor and outdoor space. Our dog enjoyed having a fenced in yard to prance around in. The beach was right down the road, and so easy to walk to. I definitely recommend for larger family’s!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Had a bit of trouble with the lock on one of the doors but the host Cadee was very responsive and came right over. They got a lock smith out that night and everything was smooth after that! The house was beautiful and had great amenities. The outside shower and the lift were awesome! Perfect location with a short walk to the beach!

The remotes to the tv didn’t work at times but after spending a day at the beach we didn’t mind it so much we were were tuckered out .The mosquitoes were bad so bring lots of spray . The cabin stood above any other cabin in twenty years in that it was cool at all times. Efficient sleeping for eight grandchildren, including their parents who came off and on. First year parents came for a weekend because they had the option of their own room because bunk bed rooms offered double in bottom With singles in top. Even singles on top could sleep two small grandkids very comfortably. Washer dryer ! Kitchen very equipped and extremely clean and organized and inspiration for my own kitchen at home . The ability to bring pets was a relief and we respected that by bringing crates. A fenced in yard with covered cool area for pets was GRAND RELIEF ! I was used to the beaches of Biscayne and have stayed at beach front in Biscayne but this cabin far reached my experience. Worth it even though the beach is more crowded and not as wide. I simply drive down further and returned to a really relaxing cabin with great tvs and our door speakers that worked! Worth it!

An absolutely perfect property with a terrific location. East Rd isn’t nearly as busy as some of the other beach access streets and the house is close enough to walk for a beach day. Plenty of space, the fire pit area is awesome. Looking forward to returning in a few weeks.

Great place and well worth the money! Very quite and in a good location if you are staying a little back from beach front. Easy walk to beach and a great yard for our dog. Mosquitoes were horrible!! (take some spray) I am sure it was because of all the rain so may not be a problem later in the summer.

Perfect house

Jan and Jerry’s Sandbox is everything and more! Loved the decor and comfortable sitting areas! Ice machine (and blender) was used daily to make smoothies. 4 bedrooms was ideal for us and the 3 kids. Appreciate the extra blankets to use in the morning or evening on the couch and also sleeping at night. Appliances are high end. Jan and Jerry have amazing houses and we continue to stay in theirs for the past 5 years and many more to come! Best family memories have been made in their homes.

Sweet place, sweet location. Literally has anything you'd need for a proper vacation. The beach closest to the property is driven on everyday, so it's not quite as soft/loose as some other beaches or even the very same sand a little more inland. Sweet place, sweet location. Literally has anything you'd need for a proper vacation. The beach closest to the property is driven on everyday, so it's not quite as soft/loose as some other beaches or even the very same sand a little more inland. Great place, new build with a quality feel to the place, lots of great little details to make the stay more enjoyable. The peninsula did lose power while we were there, but fortuntaly they have a generator installed that kicked in automatically so we hardly even noticed, made for a perfect stay to know we had back up power!

My family and I take a trip to Crystal Beach every year. The kids said this was the best house we have stayed in, my grown kids enjoyed it as well. The house was fenced in for our Chihuahuas, so we weren’t worried about them running out into the street. All in all, we would love to stay here again if Jen and Jerry allow us to. The house and view were beautiful. There were tons of dishes. Everything was laid out and explained in depth. We didn’t have to contact the host ever during our stay. They did contact us several times to make sure everything was going well.The lift was great for getting all of items upstairs. It was a short walk to the beach. The fire pit was great for our December stay. Loved this house and would definitely recommend!!!

it was very clean. The location was perfect. I had a really great time. The family had a blast. I did have two host cancel prior and this was an inconvenience. it takes five to seven business days to receive your funds. I have used Airbnb a couple of times now and really enjoyed both stays.

Omg...this home was gorgeous!!! Just like the pictures said it would be. Great communication with Vacatime! My family made unforgettable memories here. We were literally like 4 houses down from the accessed beach. The downstairs patio was very entertaining! The home was beautiful and has great accommodations! Our stay was very comfortable and fun. Just a short walk to the beach, great kitchen to cook in, and the fire pit was awesome in the cold weather. 10/10 Will be back!

This house was everything and a bit more. Every room match the description provided at the listing pictures, furthermore the bathrooms were stunning so modern and clean. The entire house was so well decorated and i loved how they had a basket of goodies for my family and I. I will definitely recommend this house and we hope we are able to come back next year.

Big beautiful home walking distance from the beach. We stayed there and loved it! The best part is they have a generator that automatically came on when the entire peninsula lost power. We never went without power! A definite recommended place!

Well designed space. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a “smaller” space that is laid out in a way that doesn’t feel crowded. The fenced yard was great for my dog. Only a short walk to the beach. The elevator for luggage was fantastic. The space needs a good deep cleaning. Some trash, stains and dirt under some of the beds. A dead smashed roach in the drawer. The baseboards and drawer edges are dirty with dust and hair. There is mold around the shower faucets. The home had a foul smell when we arrived so we bought air freshener. Overall the space worked great for my family but it’s frustrating to pay a few hundred dollars for a cleaning fee and then cleaning myself just to feel comfortable.

Nice place to stay overall however some things do need to be replace or looked at for future guest PROS:close to beach, lots of space and love the outside private fence. Love the beach decoration and colors inside the house CONS: notice small roaches in the kitchen area Icebox downstairs didn’t work One of the outside speaker kept making a noise like it needed to be replace.

My family and I had a wonderful time. ALL 15 of us slept VERY comfortably! The space was perfect plenty of room and things to do! I’d most definitely book Jan and Jerry’s Sandbox again! The sunrise and sunset was absolutely breathtaking.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. I had booked this place to surprise my wife for her 30th birthday and not only were the host super helpful with everything but they also left a note and flowers for my wife’s birthday! Everything really was perfect accept for two things. One of the fans didn’t work in one of the bedrooms BUT I told the host and they came that day to try and fix it but unfortunately we couldn’t figure it out. No big deal. Number two was the microwave didn’t work. That was a bummer but nothing that ruined the trip and they even offered to come out to fix it! Those would be the only very minor things that I would “complain” about. All in all this was an AMAZING experience and I would book this place all over again. 100% recommend to anyone thinking about booking this beautiful home.

Everything was great we loved the house and it was perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of games for the kids which was nice. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is that the yard downstairs was not mowed and the grills provided have not been cleaned and are a borderline fire hazard. If i didnt know how to deal with it it could have been a big issue. I know there are a lot of mosquitos here but the mosquitos in the uncut grass basically rendered the downstairs unusable. The downstairs shower had hot water here which was awesome. It is very close to the beach which was awesome as well. Communication from the host was great.

The cabin was great! The setup/layout was perfect for our 15 people total (7 adults, 8 kids). They had ample living room seating and dining table seating, open floor plan for kitchen/living room made it feel plenty big enough, the fridge was nice and even had an under counter ice maker. To top it off, the cargo elevator was amazing to get all of our luggage and coolers upstairs without having to carry them up the stairs. There wasn’t anything we really had to think about that would be nice to have. They even supplied more than enough bath towels for all 15 people. The location was only 3 rows back on a quiet access road to beach so you could walk easily, had a great view still and plenty of breeze. Overall this cabin was an amazing place to stay for an easy and fun Labor Day weekend! Thank you!

Nice place to stay! Not as busy as down the road thankfully… didn’t have all the amenities stated… had to run to store to stock up but that’s also only a couple miles down the road. The peninsula is beautiful

So disappointed, this place was a 5 star by every review. We walked in and immediately noticed area rugs were stained furniture was stained, main bathroom door handle was broken. Walk to bedrooms and the smell of the shower drains were awful (mold), bedroom area rug stained, both queen beds were unusable (we were able to fix one by taking the bed apart and attaching the pieces that were just laying on the floor) my husband and I spent the week in separate bunk beds. The first night I did text vacay times (a personal number given to me to use) because unfortunately the person had a death in the family so I did not want to bother her but also wanted her to be aware so we were not responsible for all the damage. I received no response, I sent the text on Monday. Friday morning I had to send another text because we heard a loud bang and lost power. There is more just no more room to type. vacay times regional manager was supposed to reach out and never did.

We had such a wonderful stay, and enjoyed all the indoor and outdoor space. Our dog enjoyed having a fenced in yard to prance around in. The beach was right down the road, and so easy to walk to. I definitely recommend for larger family’s!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Had a bit of trouble with the lock on one of the doors but the host Cadee was very responsive and came right over. They got a lock smith out that night and everything was smooth after that! The house was beautiful and had great amenities. The outside shower and the lift were awesome! Perfect location with a short walk to the beach!

We had the most amazing time ! The house was beautiful . All the luxuries of home . Clean, fully stocked with all you need . The remotes to the tv didn’t work at times but after spending a day at the beach we didn’t mind it so much we were were tuckered out .The mosquitoes were bad so bring lots of spray . The cabin stood above any other cabin in twenty years in that it was cool at all times. Efficient sleeping for eight grandchildren, including their parents who came off and on. First year parents came for a weekend because they had the option of their own room because bunk bed rooms offered double in bottom With singles in top. Even singles on top could sleep two small grandkids very comfortably. Washer dryer ! Kitchen very equipped and extremely clean and organized and inspiration for my own kitchen at home . The ability to bring pets was a relief and we respected that by bringing crates. A fenced in yard with covered cool area for pets was GRAND RELIEF ! I was used to the beaches of Biscayne and have stayed at beach front in Biscayne but this cabin far reached my experience. Worth it even though the beach is more crowded and not as wide. I simply drive down further and returned to a really relaxing cabin with great tvs and our door speakers that worked! Worth it!

An absolutely perfect property with a terrific location. East Rd isn’t nearly as busy as some of the other beach access streets and the house is close enough to walk for a beach day. Plenty of space, the fire pit area is awesome. Looking forward to returning in a few weeks.

Great place and well worth the money! Very quite and in a good location if you are staying a little back from beach front. Easy walk to beach and a great yard for our dog. Mosquitoes were horrible!! (take some spray) I am sure it was because of all the rain so may not be a problem later in the summer.

Jan and Jerry’s Sandbox is everything and more! Loved the decor and comfortable sitting areas! Ice machine (and blender) was used daily to make smoothies. 4 bedrooms was ideal for us and the 3 kids. Appreciate the extra blankets to use in the morning or evening on the couch and also sleeping at night. Appliances are high end. Jan and Jerry have amazing houses and we continue to stay in theirs for the past 5 years and many more to come! Best family memories have been made in their homes.
