• Additional: Kitchen dishcloth and hand towels, 2 pot holders and a few beach towels.

• Laundry facilities are available to keep everything fresh during your stay as well as a private washer and dryer in the home.

We had such a great time here. Location was awesome, and the beach was easily accessible. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach or you could easily drive your vehicle on the beach. You can really tell the thought and effort that went into making this vacation rental as comfortable as possible. We loved the entertainment deck, especially when the weather was wasn’t cooperating for us. The outdoor fire pits were great with the March cooler temps. The home was beautifully decorated, and we appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was awesome. We definitely utilized the professional style stove/oven for breakfasts and dinners. And the ice machines!!! So appreciated! The property manager Valerie was very nice and communicative. She was incredibly responsive when we told her we could not find the coffee carafe for morning coffee and brought us a brand new coffee machine. We did have issues with one of the bedroom TVs, and Valerie tried her best to resolve it.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 8! All the little details and personal touches did not go unnoticed. The photos did not do the house justice… it is way more lovely. Our pups also enjoyed themselves and were able to relax comfortably. My only small criticism is that the two bbq grills may need to be replaced soon. The location near the beach was perfect… with great views and easy access. We will definitely book again!

Went with a group of friends for our annual getaway. We were all super happy with the space and it was exactly what we'd hoped for a comfy, peaceful few days. We ended up being there during some rare freezing temps and snowfall so the inclement weather caused a few unexpected adventures but none were to any fault of the hosts. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout the whole stay and helped us out so much with the weather troubles. :)

Jan and Jerry's Oasis was the perfect place for my family to relax and slow down after the hectic holidays. The house is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. The Oaisis is perfectly located from the beach (2 minute walk) and from the Big Store which has everything you might need. We had a wonderful time even though a tornado near High Island knocked all - yes, all, our power out for a day and half. The Vacay team were all over the situation and were extremely proactive and responsive to our questions and concerns. We contemplated leaving early but glad we stayed. A day and a half without electronics - if they are not needed for health or work - is a blessing. We enjoyed each others' company, conversations and belly laughs! The most cerebral parts of the trip were the beautiful sunrises from the top deck - you have an unobstructed view to the ocean - and the sunsets. We will definitely schedule a future stay at the Oaisis. 10:00 am checkout is a bit rough though! LOL!

Great view of the ocean and proximity to the ocean is amazing. The facility was clean with updated features. Gave 4 stars because we didn't have any propane to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. There were 3 tanks, but they barely had any propane. We loved how every room had its own full bathroom, however one of the bathrooms didn't have hot water to shower with. Overall our experience was great and we'd stay again.

We searched 50 beach houses for the perfect place to host our wedding reception. This house had it all. The living area was amazing! Each bedroom had a beautiful bathroom. The two large bedrooms walked out to the balcony facing the beach with an awesome view. The kitchen was incredible and had everything you could think of to need. The second floor is the perfect place to entertain people. It included built in bar seating, lounge area, bathroom, dining table, darts, outdoor speakers, TV and lighting. There is ample parking accommodations at the beach house and it’s only a short walk to the beach. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond making our stay seamless. We can’t wait to come back every year to make more memories!

Just book it! We had 4 families and 16 people stay here. Plenty of space for everyone. The fact that every bedroom had their own bathroom was priceless. This place was fantastic for our family get together. As you will read in almost all of the reviews, the 2nd floor patio is worth the price regardless of anything else. The rooms are great, and having a bathroom in each was great for our group especially. I don’t think I would stay anywhere else at Crystal Beach.

The Oasis was jus that. It was prefect for our yearly family getaway with a great location and everything we needed. There was one issue with the water heater not working but it was resolved while we were at the beach. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking at it.

Mosquitoes are really bad when the breeze dies down, so bug spray and candles are a must. Our manager was very attentive to our needs during our stay. Overall, great trip and experience!

This is a beautiful home! Nicely decorated and very clean. Plenty of “hangout” space inside and out. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which is rare in my experience. Loved all the thoughtful touches (e.g. throw blankets, firewood, ice machine). The host was proactive in communicating, and check-in/check-out was super easy. Oh, and the view from the living room is amazing! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home! Our stay was perfect! The space was beautiful and comfortable! The mezzanine deck level was an amazing place to gather our family together for food and visiting together. Everyone was impressed. The lift was helpful to have to bring luggage, groceries etc. up and down! The view of the gulf was wonderful and the beach was easy to access just a short block away! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and view! We spent our Christmas here. Plenty of beds and each room has its own bathroom. Priceless. Watching the sunrise every morning and hanging out on the balcony in the Texan sun was pure bliss. We also enjoyed taking walks on the beach The management team were so helpful and kind. We were able to extend for another day and have a late check out. Easy check in and out. The surrounding area is limited but we enjoyed making meals together every night. Would love to do it again. Thank you!

From booking our reservation to writing this review, everything was perfect! We had family come in from Nashville. They loved the ease of getting to the beach. It definitely helped them be able to bring their 2 dogs! All of our kids were amazed at all of the amenities they provided!! Beds were so comfortable!! Definitely will be back!!

This airbnb was absolutely stunning!! Exactly like the pictures. The host was responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, less than a 5 min walk to the beach. This airbnb literally speaks for itself, no complaints whatsoever. The only downside was the mosquitos, they were so bad, but the hosts have no control over that. They did leave out mosquito repellent candles, however they were all used up so we didn’t get to burn them. So I’d advise you to bring your own repellant. Regardless, Book, you will not regret it. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Better than home!

Our family and friends have been traveling to Crystal Beach in the fall for nearly 30 years. Jan and Jerry's Oasis is by far our favorite house so far. The well-thought design is unique and super functional. Not only was the gourmet open kitchen and living area a great place to gather with a view of the gulf, but the 4 bedrooms each have private baths that accommodated us and our 3 grown children's families. The middle level which is a completely covered outdoor patio has a ton of seating, refrigeration, games, an ice machine, a half-bath, a gas fire table, TV, speakers, and a remarkable view of the shore. We loved meeting Jerry and learning that the artwork was largely done by his wife Jan and showed a glimpse of their wonderful life on the gulf together. The adult children gathered around the firepit in the yard Saturday night with a guitar! We had everything we needed - comfy blankets and beds, cooking and serving ware, etc. The management company was only a text away and responded to our questions. A recent power surge had caused the microwave to malfunction, and owner Jerry appeared with a new microwave immediately (and a bonus dozen donuts too). We will be back for sure!

Of all the beach houses I've been to, this one was the cleanest, had a nice interior, and the host responded quickly and kindly. My friends loved it too, and I definitely want to come here again next time.

Beautiful home, great views, and walkable to the beach! Spent a few days there with just our kiddos and pups, but man this would be one awesome party house with a big group of friends/family. Everything was just perfect! We enjoyed our stay so much! Not one complaint!

We had such a great time here. Location was awesome, and the beach was easily accessible. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach or you could easily drive your vehicle on the beach. You can really tell the thought and effort that went into making this vacation rental as comfortable as possible. We loved the entertainment deck, especially when the weather was wasn’t cooperating for us. The outdoor fire pits were great with the March cooler temps. The home was beautifully decorated, and we appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was awesome. We definitely utilized the professional style stove/oven for breakfasts and dinners. And the ice machines!!! So appreciated! The property manager Valerie was very nice and communicative. She was incredibly responsive when we told her we could not find the coffee carafe for morning coffee and brought us a brand new coffee machine. We did have issues with one of the bedroom TVs, and Valerie tried her best to resolve it.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 8! All the little details and personal touches did not go unnoticed. The photos did not do the house justice… it is way more lovely. Our pups also enjoyed themselves and were able to relax comfortably. My only small criticism is that the two bbq grills may need to be replaced soon. The location near the beach was perfect… with great views and easy access. We will definitely book again!

Went with a group of friends for our annual getaway. We were all super happy with the space and it was exactly what we'd hoped for a comfy, peaceful few days. We ended up being there during some rare freezing temps and snowfall so the inclement weather caused a few unexpected adventures but none were to any fault of the hosts. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout the whole stay and helped us out so much with the weather troubles. :)

Jan and Jerry's Oasis was the perfect place for my family to relax and slow down after the hectic holidays. The house is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. The Oaisis is perfectly located from the beach (2 minute walk) and from the Big Store which has everything you might need. We had a wonderful time even though a tornado near High Island knocked all - yes, all, our power out for a day and half. The Vacay team were all over the situation and were extremely proactive and responsive to our questions and concerns. We contemplated leaving early but glad we stayed. A day and a half without electronics - if they are not needed for health or work - is a blessing. We enjoyed each others' company, conversations and belly laughs! The most cerebral parts of the trip were the beautiful sunrises from the top deck - you have an unobstructed view to the ocean - and the sunsets. We will definitely schedule a future stay at the Oaisis. 10:00 am checkout is a bit rough though! LOL!

Great view of the ocean and proximity to the ocean is amazing. The facility was clean with updated features. Gave 4 stars because we didn't have any propane to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. There were 3 tanks, but they barely had any propane. We loved how every room had its own full bathroom, however one of the bathrooms didn't have hot water to shower with. Overall our experience was great and we'd stay again.

Jen and Jerry’s Oasis was just as posted. Place was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Photos were just as it was listed and we didn’t want to leave. Hospitality at its best!! Cadee was amazing and accommodating and such a pleasure.! We had a great time and would recommend to anyone in the area. The views were beautiful and it was a great way to enjoy out wedding weekend !!

We searched 50 beach houses for the perfect place to host our wedding reception. This house had it all. The living area was amazing! Each bedroom had a beautiful bathroom. The two large bedrooms walked out to the balcony facing the beach with an awesome view. The kitchen was incredible and had everything you could think of to need. The second floor is the perfect place to entertain people. It included built in bar seating, lounge area, bathroom, dining table, darts, outdoor speakers, TV and lighting. There is ample parking accommodations at the beach house and it’s only a short walk to the beach. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond making our stay seamless. We can’t wait to come back every year to make more memories!

The Oasis is just that an “Oasis” perfect for a quick mini family getaway! The house was gorgeous and very warming. We loved everything about it considering it rained all weekend we had plenty to do staying indoors or on the 2nd floor out door kitchen/patio area! We can’t wait to book again next year!!

Just book it! We had 4 families and 16 people stay here. Plenty of space for everyone. The fact that every bedroom had their own bathroom was priceless. The beds were super comfortable, and house was very clean! The views of the coast and very short walk to the beach was amazing! The luggage lift was also very convenient. Will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed here for my bachelor party and it was amazing! The manager, Cadee, was super helpful and responsive when there was a medical issue that we needed assistance with. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach! Our stay was too short and I will definitely be coming back!!

This place was fantastic for our family get together. As you will read in almost all of the reviews, the 2nd floor patio is worth the price regardless of anything else. The rooms are great, and having a bathroom in each was great for our group especially. I don’t think I would stay anywhere else at Crystal Beach.

The Oasis was jus that. It was prefect for our yearly family getaway with a great location and everything we needed. There was one issue with the water heater not working but it was resolved while we were at the beach. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking at it.
