• We provide 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest, and all beds are professionally made with hotel quality linens.

• Additional: Kitchen dishcloth and hand towels, 2 pot holders and a few beach towels.

• This home is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest to use during your stay

EXTRAS PROVIDED:

PARKING:

There is parking available for up to six vehicles in the driveway.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

• The onsite boat lift is not available for guest use, and the fireplace in the living room is not operable.

• A $150 fee will be assessed if the public boat launch key fob is lost or missing at check-out.

• You'll be assigned a dedicated General Manager for your entire stay. This ensures that all your questions, requests, and needs are addressed promptly and with a personal touch, from the moment you arrive until your departure.
